We collect information about customers, suppliers, contractors and employees during the course of their association with us.  We collect personal information via completion of job orders or purchase orders and preparation of quotations, either in person or via telephone.  In some cases, we may be supplied with information from a third party eg a referral.  We do not retain photos or videos of your image.

We collect details such as your name, organisation, email and mail addresses and telephone numbers.  If you pay for goods or services using a credit card or other online payment system, we collect your billing address and credit card details.  We process your credit card details securely over the internet using an accredited internet payment security system.

We endeavour to ensure that the personal information we hold is accurate, complete and up-to-date.  You may update or correct your information by contacting us during business hours.

Apart from the information you personally provide to us we may collect navigational information when you browse the Martin Plumbing Group website. This is general information like your domain type, IP service provider, browser type, referring site (if any) and IP address and is presented in the form of overall average use on a daily basis and does not contain personal information about you.

Storage & Security

We have in place processes to protect personal information.  This includes locked storage of paper records and password protected access to computerized records.  Sensitive information will only be used and disclosed for the purpose for which it was provided or a directly related secondary purpose, unless you agree otherwise.
